Return Policy

 Online Store

  • Incorrect Order or Delivery

    If you receive an order you did not place, please contact us immediately so we can get it sorted out and returned.

  • Accidental Purchase

    We do not allow refunds or returns on any skill toys purchased accidentally.

  • Damaged Shipping Packaging

    Sometimes the shipping box or packaging can get damaged in transit. Very rarely does the actual product get damaged. Thouroughly check your item and package contents to make sure the item is intact. Damaged shipping packaging is not covered by our return policy.

  • Damaged Items

    If the actual item itself happens to get damaged during transit or delivery, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances and agreements with the carrier, the item can be sent back for a new one.

  • Item Damage After Delivery

    We do not cover damage to items of any kind inflicted during use, or due to inability to use a skill toy we sell in our shop.

Returning an Item

If your product matches the requirements listed above, please follow the instructions listed on our Returns & Exchanges page to return the item to us.


 In-Store Purchases

  • Cash Refund

    Items must be returned within 7 days, unopened and undamaged.

  • Store Credit

    Items returned after 7 days but within 30 days in unopened and undamaged condition, with receipt, will receive store credit or be eligible for exchange.

  • Special Orders

    No refunds or exchanges.

  • Yo-yos & Skill Toys

    We cannot allow refunds or exchanges on ANY skill toys that have been opened or have physical damage. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for a replacement.

Purchases with receipts dated October 31st until December 25th are eligible for returns and exchanges until January 3rd.
